Body Composition

Track your body fat and
muscle mass every 4 weeks

Undertaken by a qualified ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist, that can provide you precise insights into your body composition.
This service accommodates a broad range of individuals, including athletes of any calibre and those interested in assessing their overall physical well-being. Understanding your body's unique composition enables you to track changes over time, guiding adjustments to your training, diet, and lifestyle for optimal physical performance and health.
This service will measure stature, body mass, skinfolds at 8 sites (biceps, triceps, subscapular, iliac crest, supraspinale, abdominal, medial calf, front thigh), circumferences at 5 sites (arm when relaxed, arm when tensed, waist, hip, and calf), and breadths of 3 bones (humerus, bi-styloid, and femur).
This will provide you with measures of: height, weight, body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, and a somatotype profile (assessment of body shape).
Following your assessment, results will be discussed in person with body composition targets put in place. You will be provided with a personalised performance report.
